hey,
since im a bigginer, my program makes me use alot of machines. the problem with the machines at my gym dont have the weights in Kg or Lbs, each plate is numbered 1 and up..
so if im lifting 5-6 plates, (all the same size), how much would that be? how much does a typical plate weight? i want to know this so i can input my progress on the progress chart
thanks

They are in increments of ten like Tim said. If they are a double stack you might have smaller 5' or larger 25's.
-------------- A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!
