I just got back from the gym. I didn't even complete my whole workout. Normally, I go to the gym 5 x's/week. This week I only went twice. What's wrong with me? I've never gone through this before; I've been going to the gym for almost two years now. Thanks for letting me vent. *sigh*

Sandy, no need to worry, if you have been doing this for two years straight at 5x's a week, maybe your body is telling you, hey i need some rest. continue going twice a week until your body feels up to the 5 day week training again. Remember, when you train, train hard, but when you rest, rest. Overworked muscles will get you nowhere without the rest they need for restoring. Good luck! and we'll be here to cheer you on. Great work so far, i know you will succeed.

Well you know we women we DO have all those hormone changings during our lives and every single month.... SO that often is the reason why one day we feel great and the other day tired and baaaaaaad!! (o;
Don't worry, you'll soon be on the track again!!

We all get into those slumps - I find that I feel really good after a workout I had to struggle to get through.
Some women go to the gym with their friends - seems that a support group tends to work well - not only in motivating each other, also it tends to force you to go in order to not let the other women down.
