Yes - stats need to be in by this weekend - You will start this challenge next Monday!

Then I think it will be good if we do measurements every two weeks after that. I will get a calendar out and add a schedule here.

Count me in too. If freedom can do two for a week, then so can I.

It will be hard to start off with as I'm going on vacation next week for about 12 days, and I don't think there will be a lifting facility where I am going :(

But perhaps this will help me get back on track when I get home!

Sorry, I just realized the challenge is diet and exercise specific. I already have my workouts planned, so maybe next time :(

Okay not sure if my math was right I am trying to figure this out on my own and so help if im wrong
I need 1660 calories per day
207 grams protien
83 grams carbs
and 55 grams fat
is this right?

You did it right frnchfry81 - and it looks drastic in print - but keep in mind you don't count vegetables towards your acrb count - so you still get 1/2c dry oats for breakfast, a small (4-5 oz) potato for lunch, maybe an apple or some berries with your am protein shake, and 1/2c brown rice with dinner, unless it is an all veggie dinner night. That is a lot of food - i don't want anyone feeling deprived - you are going to be creating a deficit by working out intensely...eat good food!

Amy--my training partner is planning to join freetrainers this weekend so she can get in on the challenge officially, if that's okay. She's going to be doing the workout either way, but I think she'd really benefit from the diet as well...and from being a member of freetrainers, of course. I explained to her that she will need to send her measurements to you by Sunday.

Well, let the challange begin! I've got to pick up a few things at the grocery store so that I'm not raiding the kitchen for food! I've printed out the training and cardio list - I'm not too sure what all the weight exercises are - yet...

I'm ready for a change! and also some motivation and encouragement, especially when those valentine conversation hearts are looking up at me from the tupperware bowl saying "I'm yours"

Welcome BB! Glad to have you join the challenge. As for the exercises, Amy has posted some great ones that don't need a lot of fancy equipment (thank heavens!). You can Google each of the exercises and you will find a lot of sites with pics and instructions for doing them. If you need any help, I can send you some links.

OK Amy....I just sent you my stats...not great...I have slid down hill since the last challenge....


I had a nasty stomach bug yesterday...not 100% today...but should be fine by tomorrow for the challenge start...
