Just stick to the basics...protein from tuna and other fishes, lean hamburger, lean steak, and chicken. Veges and frutis and rice....try that and see what happens!

Yup I try to do this..on days that I do not workout I eat less. On the days I do work out (depending on the intensity) I eat more. Try it for a while and see
