Many, many minutes of leg-ups, shadow boxing, jumping rope, push ups, sit ups, etc, over and over with short rest periods until you're ready to die... Then do more.

Are you preparing for competative boxing or a class?

I work out every day for 2 hrs. I run 2 miles first then I do muscle works mon./wed/frid. and tues./thurs. are boot camp classes. I enjoy the classes but i feel i'm not getting the toning/definition that i'm hoping for. I lift as heavy as i can, but still not seeing much results. What should i do?
Thanks!

Do the weight lifting first. You're short changing yourself by running first and tiring yourself out.
And then it comes down to what you're eating, could very well be the culprit of your less than stellar gains.

Thanks for your input! Although after I run I am no where near tired. I don't jog very fast to begin with, but it has helped me so much by losing the jiggle in the legs, and i am toned. My legs have always been my strong point, now i'm focusing alot on my arms/back (abs of course need work). Today I did run again, then I lifted heavy wts., shorter reps. It was my first day of changing my routine so I kinda felt not prepared, but I still did well. As far as eating, I eat PLENTY of chicken, cucumbers/tomatoes, fat free dressing, special k cereal, bars, and protein drinks. I would like to eat well all the time, but as everyone i cheat once in awhile.

You can eat well, but if you're not eating the right amount it is just as bad.
