Well, I got weighed and measured yesterday for my 4 month check in!!!! I have gone from 105 pounds of lean mass to 123 pounds of lean mass!!! That is a gain of 18 lbs of muscle!!! I have lost 29 pounds of body fat! This, at last, proves to me that I could never weight 120 lbs and have any muscle. I wonder if I will gain any more muscle??? I still have a lot of body fat to lose and want to weigh between 140 and 150 pounds. This really works!!!! SLOW but it works!!! Thanks for all of the help you all have provided.

Thanks guys!! I couldn't do this without all of the help from this site, and my trainer, of course; James really pushes me, and I push myself. He said the other day that sometimes, with the things I am capable of doing, he forgets that I am 55 and he starts pushing even harder! I slow him down sometimes, because I do need to catch my breath!! :o) Thanks again.

Great work deby! I hope to follow in your footsteps. I totally blew it this month and feel like I will be starting all over. Too many things going on. I have been in CA visiting my son for the last week and have fallen off the wagon and right ino a rut!
