:( how do i lose weight? withought having to change my diet because i dont eat any vegetables i do not like them at all and also how do i do exercises that will work when i do not even know most of the names for them!!

Wee... try choosing a fitness program from FT. There are lots of ideas, each with names and pictures.
There has to be some veggies you like! Work a couple into your daily intake of food... start small, you never know, you might wind up liking them more and more.

buy a membership to a gym, the trainers there will get you started on a program that fits your goals. they will show you how to work out appropriately. but its your hard work and dedication that will lose the weight.

Vegetables are awesome. Like Hec said, start liking vegetables. Eat Brocolli that stuff is good you have to like that at least. Carrots are good too but high in the GI. Grean beans

don't worry about names - I started off by drawing pics (stick men) that told me what to do & that worked
