Hey, this is my routine...and I wanted to know if I am going to see actual results and if I do, how long it will take to be able to see them.

MY DIET:
For Breakfast I have 2 eggs over easy, a burger(just the ground meat), a piece of multigrain toast, and a mostly all fruit smoothie consisting of bananas, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and orange juice.

For Lunch I will usually have a salad with a little bit of bleu cheese, and a can of campbell's tortilla soup or something.

For dinner I will either just have a salad, or a small portion of whatever my family is making for dinner.

EXERCISE:
I do a half hour to an hour of treadmill every morning and I do sit ups and crunches every other day. I also lift weights every 3 days

I have been doing this routine for about 4 days and I havn't really seen any results..so I wanted to know how long it would take...I woiuld appreciate any replies, thanks.

Well, I would certainly say four days isn't long enough. You should start seeing some results in about three weeks.

Of course, this depends upon your goals. What are you trying to achieve, what results are you after?

well my goals are basicly to loose all my belly fat and build up my abs so that they can be seen. I also want to bulk up my arms, shoulders, back, etc. Basicly I just wanna get really toned and defined with no fat.

Then you need to eat more and really, really clean.

"For dinner I will either just have a salad, or a small portion of whatever my family is making for dinner."

The above likely won't work, depending upon what your family is eating for dinner.

A common statement around this place is "abs are made in the kitchen." Another, "the best movement for abs is the table push; push yourself away from the table."

Do a search using Fit Buddy (at the bottom of the page) and you'll get more answers on your questions than you can imagine.

well i searched with fitbuddy and alot of results came up. I found out that its my diet that is probably wrong and that there is a specific diet I must follow to loose my extra roll of fat on my stomach. But the problem is that I couldnt find any posts that had the answer on what to eat for my 3 meals a day. Does anyone have the answer??..Please help me out..Once again, I would appreciate any replies.

Check out the diet forum... grab the grocery list that's in there... if it's not on it, don't eat it.

Some may argue the point as well, but you may want to investigate eating five or six times a day.

first off..if im not mistaken, you need to find out how much you really should be eating to loose weight for your height, weight, age, etc.....then incorporate those healthy foods into your meals to add up to that...if your not eating enough then your defeating the whole purpose....

I used to work out my abs 6 days a week..and my core is very hard now..and my stomach is flatter...but until i loose more body fat and get down to my goal weight i wont see any of my hard work..cause its still covered in fat layers...so i keep my diet *clean* and now i only work my abs 3-4 x's a week...why put in all that hard work into something that really my diet can only fix... :D

Also, 3 meals a day isn't going to help you lose fat. You need to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day. It is hard to do at 1st, but believe me, it becomes a habit quickly.

Before I started trying to eat healthy, I would eat 2-3 sandwhiches at a meal. Now, after a few months of eating smaller portions, I'd blow up if I ate 2 sandwhiches!!
