When I was starting my workout yesterday my leg muscles and then my arms were tremnling. Is this normal? It's been a couple of months since I have worked out.

Yeah they are just getting used to the work load again...go slow and light for at least 2 weeks if not longer. Good luck!

Yes it's very common and it'll go away when you get more use to the exercises and to work out.
Don't worry.

Yes, a very big, and hazardous, mistake when just starting again can be to try to much too soon. Don't go back to the gym and expect to be where you were before. Take it easy for a few weeks, fewer sets and high reps. Give your muscles a chance to strengthen and get hard before you attempt heavy lifting again. Trying too much too soon is going to hinder your lifting.
