Hello,

I have started my training about a week ago. I have noticed a strange thing. My muscles that I worked on were not sore after I worked out until TWO DAYS after. no soreness until then. I stretch out after I work out, but find it strange that my muscles are effected so far beyond the actual work out date. Any clues as of why?

Not unusual. Sometimes it takes a couple of days, sometimes a few hours. DOMS is what they are called, Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. It's a good thing. :)

I'm the same way. I work out about 6-7 pm most nights and the next day I'm fine but the second day I feel it. Have you tried stretching the following night? It has helped me out.
