You answered your own question. You have to not only eat right, but enough. How many calories are you eating now?

Dare no one say this is bul#### cause its not.
When I first started working out in first 4 weeks, my bench press increased over 10 kilos each week, and I gained over 13 pounds of muscle.
The key is to be consistent
you will see results.

Unless you are on drugs, there is no way you gained 13 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks - SO I call BULL$h!T

The key is your diet, not "being consistent". Two people can do the exact same workout and if one eats right and the other doesn't guess who it will work for?

I'd imagine your bench didn't increase, but you learned to lift more. You probably had that potential when you started just didn't use it. 10 kilos a week for 4 weeks doesn't happen.

Diet is indeed key, but it does not have to be some strict eat chicken only diet. It is all about caloric intake. I am old school, and have seen many many as well as myself bodybuilders that had trouble gaining weight. The solution was ice cream, pasta, etc. along with your protein intake being high. If you are a true 'hardgainer' as you think you are, then eat, eat, eat. You will not get real fat like someone who gains rather easily. This should be obvious by the fact you have not gained by what you are now doing.
