I have one question, How do you all stay focus or motivated with the diet and the weight. The weights I stay motivated but the diet I always end up cheating and it is not only one time a week. please give me advice or motivation.

You have to have very specific goals. By specific, I mean put a date on them. For example, one of my goals is being able to bench 330lbs by May 1st. The more specific you are with your goals, the more you will be determined to achieve them. I don't know about you, but I get downright mad if I don't reach a specific goal in my life, short or long term. I feel like a failure if I don't attain them in the time I set for myself. This makes me more determined and more focused than ever.

Looots of determination and discipline......
Well I must admit that it can suck BUT when you look at yourself in the mirror after you feel quite happy and proud of yourself.
You don't any BB magazines with some nice looking ripped guys? Take out the pics and hang them on the wall and tell yourself that if THEY could do it (they have all been beginners just like you) then YOU can do it as well.
