I have been mixing protein powder with watter and drinking it first thing in the morning. I then have breakfast about 30 min later. Im wondering if this is a good thing to do, or is it a waist of powder? I was thinking that it would be a good time for powder with watter since it gets into you faster with watter, and after I slept for the night I havent eaten anything for atleast 8 hours.
