i have lost 30 lbs is it possible to lose the remaining blubber around my waist with out losing any more weight i am down to 162 lbs if so how please help.....

Savage...haven't seen you around lately. Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce. You'll probably lose a few more pounds overall as you lose excess fat from your waist. You can, however, gain some muscle mass by keeping your protein intake high and continuing the weight training.

As Rob says, we cannot spot reduce but you could try working a little bit with your obliques to stretch and tone that area.
