could you tell me how to make the metabolism work hard all the time............really want to burn more fat big time............

eat every three hours, eat a diet high in protein, weight train with a purpose.

Yes Itroisi got it, and also HIIT training.

You'll feel your body work all the time and you'll automatical feel hungry after two-three hours.

Yes... drink lots of water. That way you are constantly running to the bathroom. lol
