has anyone read this book the mens health hard body plan it is supposed to be the ultimate 12 week program for burnung fat and building muscle......it has a 12 week program with different exercises and how to eat to build muscle it is a great book just curious if anyone has tried it....

Nope never heard of it before, I really do not care for that mag at all. I like Flex...not really sure just like it a lot more than the others.
