IN TRICEPS DAY 5 OF MASS GAINS.....WHAT DO THEY SAY NO PAIN NO GAIN............

I'm guessing your just saying you had a great tricep workout and not some sort of injury.. in that case.. Sounds great.. hows that horse shoe shaping up?

NO INJURY THE HORSE SHOE IS COMING ALONG JUST GREAT AND I THINK I AM GOING TO LIKE THIS 8 WEEK MASS PROGRAM TIME TO PUT ON A LITTLE MUSCLE LETS ROCK FIRELOARD HAVE YOU EVER TRIES ANY PROGRAMS HERE...

In the past I used a lot of general progression and toning programs to get me up to the mass programs... not that people have to do that but I just wanted to be in reasonable shape before starting it.. The only one I haven't tried yet is the 12 week mass program.. and for the extra programs.. I pretty much always have the chest mass program on and i've been through the 12 week ab program once too... Their all great.. what did you usually use?

this is my first the 8 week mass program it is getting pretty intense how long have you been weight training i have only been doing it for 3 months.....

On and off for about 4 years... not always with programs.. i'd say the first 2 or 3 I didn't know what was going on and pretty much did anything like just some push ups or any machine that looked cool.. I usually stop during the summer and i'm pretty rough shape.. mostly I stop during the summer because a bad diet has me feeling like I have no energy all day long.. but right now i'm messed up because back in December I got this horrible cold.. instead of resting like I should of I kept up with my regular activities and it eventually hit me full whack and I felt so sick I didn't eat for a day.. lost 2 pounds in one day (water weight?) and after that I just fell out of the swing of things.. I didn't work out for 5 weeks... I lost a giagantic leap of progress.. now i'm back in the swing of things and things are slowly shaping back up towards what I want.. i'm still tiny though...
