Hello, I'm new here, and think I'm doing pretty good:) I'm proud of myself lol and I LOVE FT!!!:) However my excersise plan for today has Machine leg curls...and the machine isn't at my gym:( (its a small gym in my complex) is there anything else that I can do in place of this to work the same muscles? I can do the Leg extensions, but the machine doesnt lean back so the leg curls are a bit confusing to find a machine to do them on...please help if you can I'm doing so well at exercising everyday (I just found FT, but I've lost 30 lbs so far) and since I've mad this goal I want to do my plans to the T for the 8 weeks :( Thanks so much!!!

look for sldl (stiff Legged deadlift) on the site exercise lits

Or lie on the floor on your back, placing your heels (knees bent 90 degrees) on a bench or chair . Press your heels into the box as you squeeze your hamstrings and lift your butt up off the floor, until you are resting on your shoulders, shoulderblades still on the floor. Then slowly reverse the motion, controlling the downward phase with your hamstrings. Do 12-15 reps. When it is too easy, do one legged, just cross the non-working ankle over the working leg at about knee level.
