Hey everyone I'm new to this site and I am trying to get into shape. I am losing weight so I'm good there I just need some specific excercises I could do maybe to lose my but and thighs so if you have any suggestions please mail me! Nicole2004! Thank You all very much!

the glutes and thighs special program would be excellent if you are looking to tone your thighs and butt.

check it out above on the yellow toolbar under exercise resources.
