The past few mornings, I noticed that my hip was asleep when I woke up. I sleep on my side, and this is the first time I can recall this is happening. Personally, I think it's because there is less padding there to cushion things.
As I sit and type this, my elbow resting on the desk is aching from the bone rubbing on the desktop. This has never happened to me before.
My shoes are all too big. I'm having to wear thicker socks to keep them on my feet. I haven't had a smaller size shoe in years.
I could not wear a belt with my dress pants today because they are all so big that the end of the belt flops around at my side from being so long that it falls between the loop at my side and the loop at the front of the pants.
I had to have two links taken out of my watch recently because it was so big it was twirling around my wrist.
I almost lost my rings while doing dishes because they are large enough to spin around my fingers. They used to be so tight that one snaped right in two once and had to be repaired.
My necklaces hang lower down my chest than they used to.
For the first time in years I can cross my legs without having to turn sideways and sit half on my hip. I can also cross them under my desk and while sitting in the pew at church without killing my knees and ankles.
It really is the little things that others probably don't notice that make this all worth it to me.

Hey, you're right about those little things being the greatest payoff sometimes. congrats! I had to buy all new bras without underwires because there wasn't as much fat on my chest and those wires hurt!
great work

What I remember the most when I was first time dieting for a competition was when I sat down I could feel the coccyx against the seat.
I always needed extra pillows!!
The next thing was all the problems I had to put in the implant in my arm -all because I didn't have enough fat.
Strange things actually........

I've been looking for this thread for 3 days! I finally noticed a 'little thing'. Although I haven't noticed any significant change in how my clothes fit I did get a surprise over the weekend. I pulled out a nightgown that I hadn't worn for a while and noticed the bodice was not snug anymore, actually pretty loose. Even though that isn't exactly where I want to get smaller it still felt good. (I'm just going to pretend the loss is only in my back and leave it at that!)
