Hi. I have been exercising for more than 2 years. I am yet to achieve results which i wanted to be. I never had a goal of becoming professional body builder. I have a goal of reducing my body fat percentage of 18% to 8-10% with a good bulk of muscles.
I tried the paid program of Freetrainers since last 6 months and another programs on net since last 1.5 yrs. I am trying my level best to achieve the results but all in vain.
Can any body suggest me the proper program which can give me the results in 3 months time?
I will certainly appreciate it.
I doubt that your problem is the program. Your problem comes down to what you are eating, or not eating. Put more time into your diet and your results will be much greater.
What is your diet currently like if you want to hit 10% bf?
99% of issues with those not being able to achieve their goals or the semblance thereof is due to diet. Anyone can learn to exercise, and by learing your body learn the most efficient way. We all read these boards to try to find the perfect exercise to hit the areas we desire to get them to the visual end in our minds. In reality, the diet end is what we or anyone else has no control over but you. Ecle5c knows this, and what he says is absolutely spot on.
