Hello,
I am trying this product called 4th generation krush. It was recomended to me by the owner of my local sports nutrition store as a post workout drink.
I am wondering if anyone has used this and can tell me how it worked out.
Also, I thought that creatine was supposed to be taken in cycles but the instructions dont say anything about this.
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks,
Josmit

skip it...

you can buy generic creatine for much cheaper...

www.vitamins.com for proven Creatine Monohydrate

there's no need to cycle creatine. As long as you have no preexisting kidney ailments it is safe.

Thanks,
I would be interested what you and the other pro's would consider the basic supplements.
Maybe a top 5 or something would be very interesting to hear.

If you are going to use creatine...make it CEE of some kind. No loading necessary, rapid absorbtion, an actual quality supplement. Not magic, but it helps with explosiveness for a while.

be prepared for the taste tho...I have seen CEE described as tasting like 'a$$' by quite a few different people on different boards...tho if you can suck it up it definitely gets asborbed better so the quantity per dosage will be smaller....

My Top 5:
#1 Fish Oil
#2 Multi
#3 B-Complex
#4 ZMA
#5 Glucosamine/Chondroitin

I still do but noever near max weight. The force diminishes somewhat after 50 inspite of the exceptional BB1. I hate every dead I do...but I do them. I'll need my back even more at 75 so I'll keep goin.

That's great to hear Charlie. I think it's great that you still do them.

So I was wrong about the krush not having creatine in it. It actually has 10 miligrams per serving.
Is this a standard amount?
I already bought it with the advice of the store owner so I might as well make the best of it and just get a better kind next time.
Thanks

it has 6g of creatine in it....waste of money imo as it's 3x the price of generic....but since u already got it then may as well use it..
