I live alone and and don't have many friends, so I need to have a place to brag about my weight loss.
When I made my commitment to a healthier lifestyle on January 31, I was 330 lbs! Now, 8 weeks later, I'm down to 286 (that's a loss of 44 lbs) and more motivated than ever to continue eating right and working out!
I follow a fitness plan from this site, do 40-60 mins of cardio 6-7 days a week, and eat 5-6 small, healthy meals a day.
Thanks for hearing me.
