hello im 15 and 6,1 and weigh 73kg (160lb) and ive done weights before but decided to start fresh with a whole new workout and i was wondering if it was good bad and what i should do instead thanks well here it is...
MONDAY_ (CHEST, BI-CEPS, THIGHS) .... (Bench press 4 X 6) (incline bench 2X7) (dumbell flighs 3X9) , (bicep curls 3X 10 each arm) (hammer curls 2 X 8) (squats 3X till fail)
WEDNESDAY- (BACK, SHOULDERS).... (Military press 3 X 7) (Front extensions 3X9) (Push ups 2X 20 1X till fail) (arm pull backs( lat ones) 3X 8) (bench press low weight 3 X 10) (reverse flies 3 X 7)
FRIDAY- (LATS ABS TRIS BICEPS).... (Lat pull down 3X 10) (Crunches 3X fail) (Tri kick backs 3X 10) (Dumbell flighs 3X 10) (High weight biceps 3X5) (push ups 2X fail)
SAT- Im thinking 2 sets of each muscle group low weight like 2 sets of bench 2 sets of curls 2 sets of lat pull down with lower weights so more of an easy all over body workout.. so plz give any advice possible

I think everybody should try their own workouts for a few weeks or so...if you don't like the results...THEN post your workout,state your results and ask for a critique...there are MANY threads in regards to what a workout should look like...take a look at those...

Your program organization is really strange and you repeat different muscle groups. You never really hit your legs and saturday just rest, or maybe work your legs, but you are going to overtrain.
What are your goals?
Why not try a free program from freetrainers?

hey yeh i no it is strange but i think because my muscles arnt fully developed and im not doing huge weights only doing hitting say chest one day a week isnt enough becoz i tried that for a while and i never got stronger i always stayed the same so i tried to vary it a bit so my upper body was even if that makes any sense at all. Sorry but i just thought it would be ok for me prob not for other people but for me
