Okay, I missed working out yesterday and I am wondering if it is okay to combine yesterdays workout with todays being that it is two different groups of muscles? Like yesterday was suppose to be legs and today is suppose to be chest. Thanks in advance for you help!!!:dumbbell:

sorry - one day too late :( You could combine, or just bump your routine ahead one day.

Bottom line with this stuff, don't be so rigid that it drives you nuts. Just get it in. If you have to work out 3 days in a row instead of 2, then do it.

That said, depending on the intensity of your routine, and your goals, it may not be prudent to combine in one workout. This is more if you are in a hard training, all out muscle gain or competition style high volume workout regimine.

If however you are not in this category, then feel free to 'make it up' any way you can.

Thanks for the replys. Everything helps. I did make it up and it is great to know that I didn't do anything that is dangerous.
