Most of the time, for my exercise, I either play around with friends(running...etc.) and my main sport that I do all year round is barrel racing. (rodeo) I was wondering if that does anything for you, weight loss wise. And if it does, what areas does it help?:)

If you have been BRing long you will know what muscles it helps! I used to do that myself! If you are really working it will help glutes and hams.

I saw a book titled \"Sex for Dummies\" and wondered why
anyone would teach dumb people how to reproduce?

I would say so. Heck of a core workout I would suspect, too.

I wouldn't rely on it as your sole form of exercise though.

Hell yes it is a workout I've got 15 horses that I ride I've barrel raced before and it is a big workout altouh I still excersize other ways too. But if you have a lot of riding to do and you are breaking colts like I am you are very tired at the end of the day. It makes your legs really strong especialy riding bareback
