im new here hi my questions is wat can i do to lose fat of my inner thighs and tone it up

From what I've seen so far there isn't much you can do to lose fat in a specific part of your body. You can select a program that will work mostly your calves and thighs. Things like lunges and calf raises will help with overall tone. It depends on what kind of equipment you have access to.

Welcome to ft! Please fill out your profile and provide us with your stats, current training regimen, diet and goals so that we can provide better advice.

Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce. You have to lower your overall bodyfat level by incorporating a good, sound diet and cardio exercises at least 3 times per week. You can sign up for ft's weight loss and tone program to supplement the above.
