Hello family. Hope everyone is doing well as the Christmas season is upon us which does and will create a certain amount of stress. Anyway, I have a question to present to the family concerning an injury I recieved the other day. While at work in the middle of performing my duties I used a jerking motion to lift a tire with my left arm causing the bicep muscle tendon to tear. It sounded terrible and will require surgery to repair. I am very upset about this. The length of time it will take to heal, if it will ever heal properly enough for me to continue my exercising and the scaring involved in such a procedure. Is there anything anyone can recommend to me for the injury sustained and/or possible exercises I could do while the healing process of my arm proceeds. Everyone be careful not only in the exercises you do but also in daily tasks you perform to not sustain an injury such as mine or any other type. God bless and have a great Christmas everyone. It's gonna be a great new year.

Well what you can do is work with your lower body part, legs, abs, back extensions, cardio etc and then eat clean and lots of proteins so you'll not loose too much muscle mass. Your arm need to rest to recover.

I'm sorry to hear this and wish you all the best!

Sorry to hear about your injury. Wish I could add something helpful, but I can't. Been lucky with the injuries. Your advice though is well taken. Be careful everywhere, not just in the gym. I think we all overlook that at some points. Thanks, and good luck to you.
