my biceps are about 14" and they look fine from the side but then from the front or back they look really skinney. how do i get the inside of the arm bigger? and the outside is more of the triceps right? genetics has a lot to do with it i know but whats the best way to train that part of the biceps? thanks

try hammer curls, wide grip preacher curls, and a wide standing bar curl to hit the inners. to hit the outer portion of the bicep focus on close grip techniques, like preacher curls/standing bar curls, and concentration curls.

I think good old hard and heavy Standing barbell curls add size all over. Not to mention deadlifts and bent rows.

You may not feel it actually like when you curl. It is a secondary muscle. Just like tris and shoulders in bench while doing it you may or may not "feel". But that said Dead lifts are a "pulling" exercise and biceps are used in that each and every time.
