I have heart condition known as POTS Postural Orthistatitic Tacardaia Symptom. Basically what it means for me is when I am standing up my heart beats to fast because my blood pools to my legs and when I am lying down my heart beats to slow.
I was wondering if people had any suggestions on leg exercises that wouldn't get me to dizzy. Here is a list of the things that make me mildy to extremely dizzy climbing stares, bicycle kicks, side to side movements, repetitive changes in elevation. I know this greatly limits what I can do would appreciate any suggestions.

Dude, I think you need to talk to a doctor about that type of thing.
