Im overcoming my toughest task yet working out!

I had really bad love handles and a little bit of a gut even though I wasnt really that big (160 pounds) but im only like 5'7. My love handles are fading my g/f told me you can barely see them now and when I bend over Their isnt hardly any fat that slouches over Just flat :big_smile:....Im proud of this although my abs arent showing through I have lost weight in that area!....Go me! (does macarena)

Good Job Gold!!!
I'm going to add a congrats to me as well.. when I started lifting, I had no physique, although I was slim.. now, my wife is noticing a difference in my arms, shoulders, and chest.. still working on the abs with the diet from ft.
Also, I had no endurance whatsoever and would be totally out of breath jogging a mere 1/4 mile.. although it's not a big deal, I was able to jog a mile today (and further if time allowed).
It's nice to know that all the work and time you put in, does pay off..

thanks everyone....

Efrost-Yeah my abdomen area is still a little flabby but the fat is gone almost! which is good!....My chest is my best asset though I use to have droopy boobies now they have taken form and damn do they look good lol...Same way w/ my arms my biceps arent really that great but my triceps took form...I went from having 12" to around 13 1/2 and 14" when pumped now :)....my thighs and my abs are the only places lacking....Due time though!

I hear ya..
I've been working the abs a lot lately and eating more to bulk up.. not sure how long I need to eat more in order to have time to lose the body fat for our July 19th trip to Greece.. (just to drink and eat like a pig out there and gain it back :big_smile:)
