Hello everybody, as you can see I am new here and happy to be here I think. I made a bet with my boyfriend that I would look good for summer (australia summer)and in exchange i bet him he would have to put on 20 kilo's of muscle gain. I have joined the gym, and been attending 5 days a week for the last 2 weeks, thou i can FEEL the changes I knew that I needed some kind of fitness plan.
After searching site to site for a plan, I discovered pay, pay, pay and pay to buy a book. and now ive finally found this site and im set! thx for this site, and if any body has any tips for me pls post, and also any home made recepies for something like a protein shake i would apprecieate. thx

Oh yes this is a great site!! So getting ready for the Australian summer must mean that you have at least 6 months.... (since the summer is slooowly beginning in Europe)
No worries, just stick to your promise and you'll be the most good looking couple on Bronte beach!!!
