I've started doing the fitness program the site gave me, but without a trainor, or teacher around, there's no one to tell me if Im doing it right or not.
I couldn't get through my entire rountine, cuz I was just in pain.
I was in a car accident in August, but I don't know if its just that making me feel bad, and I need to work it out (I was supposed to go to physical training, but couldn't afford it) or if I really am just doing it wrong, and need to fix it...
if it is my accident injuries, will it eventually go away if I keep working on it??
if there's any way anyone can help that'd be great.

You should discuss this with your Dr. You may be wize to start with some yoga, pilates or some other core strengthening exercise. It is not unusual to be sore AFTER a workout, as in muscle soreness...it is not normal for it to hurt during. Don't push thru the pain or you'll end up further injured.

I thought you meant physical therapy. This would have helped you regain your flexibility and prevent scar tissue forming around your injuries.

Definately, verify with your Dr under your curcumstances. Good luck and let us know.

You should always consult a doctor before starting any fitness program, whether recovering from an injury or not and if I am not mistaken, that is stated at the beginning of every program on here when you initially set them up.
If you have any questions at all regarding exercises and proper form, etc. Please ask us. Good luck!
