With christmas coming, book stores and websites are reducing prices like no bodies business. So my question is if you could have 1 book about fitness/exercise/bodybuilding what would it be?

Anything goes..........

There is a sticky in the intermediate and advanced forum with book recommendations. My personal favorite is The New Rules of Lifting by Alwyn Cosgrove.
