This doesn't sound like "J the savage Nellie" to me... Take some of that money from ot and buy a nice piece of equipment to use in your workout! Also is this a permanent schedule or temporary?

A 15 hour work day?... I think.. THINK.. you might actually be one of those people that don't have 'time' to workout... once you get home you have 9 hours until work again.. so if you wanted 8 hours of sleep you would have 1 hour to workout... eat.. shower.. and get to sleep... I don't think I could pull that off... I'm not sure if it would help you maintain your gains but maybe you could poke around for a 3 day split or something like that to workout on friday-sun... that or maybe a push/pull program... its probably what i'd try... =/

That sounds pretty rough there, Savageman! Can you squeeze in some time at lunch? If so, you can do a 3 or 4-day split as Fireloard suggested.
Good luck big guy!

I've been working 7 - 12 1/2 hour days a week for the last 6 weeks. What I'm doing is cutting out at lunch for an hour and hitting the gym. I actually feel better by getting in the workout. It gets my blood pumping and it really breaks up the day. I'm only able to get in 1/2 of my normal 3 day routine each day, but theres a lot to be said for a six day regimen. Just make sure you get in some quality sleep.

It's the number of days you are lifting/training.
