I was a bad girl...need encouragement

I've been very good since I got home, but I definitely did some damage and I am feeling like I will NEVER get back to where I was. How long do you think it will take me? -------------- Kasey

You can't change things in the past only the present. Everyone eats too much sometimes, that's all a part of being human, just get back up and keep on going.
