i need some1 to give me a good diet plan

hey every1 i need some help. im 16 yrs old and weight 240 lbs at 5'10. i want to get down to around 215-220 for football.i weight train about 4-5 days a week and im a strong kid but i wanan get ripped so i can look good. Does any1 have a good diet plan they can give me it would be a big help

Wanna lose body fat? Get serious. Drop the junk food (all of it), Perform cardio 3-5 times per week, Lift weights 4-5 times per week. Get into a regular routine of weight lifting and cardio. Eat right, lift heavy. Good Luck

You are 16, don't go on any drastic diet plan. You are growing and need lots of calories to fuel growth, recovery, your daily activiteis and workouts.
You need anywhere from 3,00 - 3,600 calories a day.
Eat lots of lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, good fat like olive oil. Read some of the posts on diets and food planning and you will get a basic idea of how to eat - 5-6 small, balanced mealas a day. Don't go hungry, feed the machine!
