ok guys i've been working out for a year now..
for the first 8 months of working out . i started taking protein shakes and creatine and i notice huge results in body mass, muscle mass and endurance.
i've stoped taking protein powders and creatine just to try the "natural way" more chicken, more egg whites.
and the only suplement i'm taking now is Nitrix.
however i've noticed that i've dropped from 15% to 10& body fat.i've become a "little" bit more cut.. BUT my endurance is at a all time low. and muscle mass is minimal i cant do as many reps anymore. or get tired quicker.
also i dont get the pumps or the swelling you get during workouts anymore. it feels like my body is shutting down.
i'm considering getting back on the creatine and protein powders again.. but dont know if its the lack of supplements or is it my workout.
any advice woulb be appreciated.

Probably your diet. However it also sounds like you may have hit a plateau, maybe try to change up your routine. Read lots on here and other places that the same work out day in and day out can cause loss of endurance, thus causing your body to pretty much get burnt out and say "OK I'm done with this workout I refuse to grow anymore till you give me something new". Try to incorporate some type of circuit training for a week or two...or if you've been non-stop just take a break and rest your body for a week...afterwards then go back to heavy lifting.

yesterday was the first day back to the gym after 5 days rest. and i tried the 'Pyramid" routine... it kinda worked out a bit. and when i came home all i had was a protein shake wich gave me a massive headache.
prior to my work out i also had creatine.
as far as my diet goes... i dont have time for breakfast and usually eat salad and tuna for lunch.. come home eat whatever is there and go to the gym.
what should my diet consist of?
thank you

i experienced similiar results when i stopped creatine. there is nothing unnatural about taking it and protein shakes.. creatine is produced naturally by the body, and protein is protein.

also i forgot to say..
my workout used to be 5 days a week.
but now i'm doing day on day off deal.
chest and triceps (abs)
off
biceps and shoulders (abs)
off
back and legs
off
off
should i change my routine?
and as far as creatine goes.. i used to take Celltech but noticed that i gained body fat.
is there any creatine that minimize the gain of body fat?

Wow. Spend some time in the nutrition forum. your diet is in no way going to help you towards yourgoals. breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day, other than the post-workout shake.

take a monohydrate powder form of creatine and mix it with gatorade or juice
