I have finally dared to do some measurements, as of 6/1 I have gone down from 45.04 bf% to 42.96 bf% and lost 10.5 total inches! You guys are awesome and with your help I have accomplished SOMETHING! I know 10.5 may not be a huge loss for all over, but it is a loss and it was in 10 days, and I am so thrilled! This eating right thing is paying off, along with the weight and cardio workouts. My calves didn't budge nor did my forearms or arms, but I have been working them a lot in my weight lifting, so I may have some extra muscle building up and hope some of the fat is still gone. My waist is stubborn, but the abs and hips showed a good loss! Even my NECK showed a loss! I just wanted to share, so all of you at that beginning stage, like me, know that it does work and you can do it! I have worked out everyday for four weeks on Monday except 5 of those days, so for 23 days I have consistently worked out and just two days ago increased my weights. When I first started I could only do my glider for 5 minutes and now I'm up to 25 and I could only box for about three minutes and barely move the big red bag and now I am SLAMMIN' that thing and box and kickbox for 20 minutes each day. It is such a nice feeling to feel stronger, to feel your goals being attained. It hasn't been easy, especially the food thing and working out on some days when I just wanted to camp out on the couch, but it has been worth every inch! If I can do it, I know anyone can!! Thanks all!:dumbbell::love::dumbbell:
