well I did my weight training before my cardio today. I actually woke up very excited to change my routine! I had never noticed how much I sweat and feel energized during my weight session because I was already sweaty and energized from my cardio! I think I like it very much because I feel like my weights are doing something rather than just something I do. And after looking through others sites, it seems the overwhelming response to the question cardio or weights first seems to be weights first are better for fat loss, which is what I am focusing on at the moment! just wanted to say thanks for the tips

I made the change too last week..I feel more envigorated now after the gym..it just felt right doesnt it??!!..

yes I like it..like I said it feels like my weights are doing something, I feel it more...cool!:love:

I Couldn't gain muscle until I changed up months ago, I use too hit cardio hard then lift and all my effert was in cardio then I got too skinny and had to get some muscle back!
