I've been reading that any cardio training is the most beneficial first thing in the morning before breakfast. However, I have low blood sugar problems, and doing that would undoubtedly cause me to pass out. Is there another time of day that would be just as good, or would it be better to eat something small in the morning before I go. Please help! I'm an amateur.

Cardio is best done at the time of day that you feel best doing it and will stick with it. But definitely after weights if you are looking to get a good weight workout. I think have a protein shake inbetween lifting and cardio is beneficial if you are lifting very heavily, but not necessary.
And Kudos to the HIIT crowd! It is the best way to get it done fast and efficiently and burn mega-calories, but I advise to alternate cardio intensities and programs so that you don't adapt or overtrain... Good Luck!
