Hi everyone. I am a 13 year old who is looking for a buddy to help me lose weight. One of the first place I was thinking of targeting was my chest. So how do I burn off man breasts. Please I need help. Thank You

Welcome to FT.

Check your diet. That's likely the first place to start. Also, do a search with Fit Buddy, this has been discussed before.

I just wanted to make an observation as a new member.

Lot of new members post questions, and the answer is very very often to search the forum. Ironically a lot of the threads that then come up have people complaining about thread necromancy!

I know a lot of questions crop up again and again, and fit buddy has helped me a lot with many of my questions but as a n00b (without all the experience of this forum and the subject!) it sometimes feels a little like a stonewall (not aimed at you Tim it crops up a lot).

Anyway, it's just an observation.

To try to apply my limited knowledge to the OP - from things I have read here, provided you don't have a medical condition causing the situation and it is just extra pounds, the answer is going to consist of general weight loss. Sadly it just isn't possible to target an area to lose fat, it has to come from all over.

How to do that is a whole other subject, but Tim is right. Diet and excercise in the right proportions and a realistic expectation for the time involved.

Unless it is a medical condition...i.e...andropause(and you don't have to be old to have this), then this statement is a good one.
