If you are asking for what will help you go....drink lots of water, eat lots of fiber, or for emergent relief you can use a mild laxitive.
If you just want to know how long you can go without going, do not follow the above advice, squeeze your butt cheeks together and get back to us when you suffer from Chrone's disease, k?
