So I had a cold and lost a lb or so... amazing that I can lose that much weight simply by not working out for a day or so... I don't know.

I've been stuck near this weight for far too long. Around a month or two.

I just need something that's going to help me gain some weight :-/

I lift using freeweights and heavy ones at that. My diet is pretty good I make sure to eat 5-6 times a day and 600-700 calories each meal as my metabolism is fast. I also take whey protein 3 times a day and some creatine every day as well.

So whats the deal, why am I not getting heavier? One thing I dont do is track what weight I use in my logs. Maybe I should I don't know...

I dont know if this has anything to do with it either, but my bis havent really grown much since I gained the 18 lbs, not proportionally anyway, could this be the reason for the sudden slowdown. I notice in the past that I didnt use complete range of motion when training them and maybe they just need to catch up?

well.... your body isnt always going to gain as fast. you will still see gains because you are taking at least 3000 calories based on the numbers you gave. however, people always lose weight when they are sick because you tend to not drink as much and you go to the bathroom or sweat it out. i just think its waterweight you are lookin at.
