Hey guys
ok so basically ive been doing no carb and working out and have lost around 5 kgs. I did interval training for the most of it. Anyway i got bored of that and hit a plateau so ive been going gym for twice a week for the last couple weeks and still have had no more weightloss even round my waist im still at 39 inches. Any suggestions on how to get back on the weightloss wagon

one thing i forgot, my stomach fat feels alot softer then it use to. some parts are harder than others. Any ideas on whats going on???? also im thinking about doing that excercise where u lie on ure bak and raise ure feet 6 inches off the ground and bring them to your chest, i think its called a leg lift, before i got to bed will this help or speed up my aim to have a slim stomach.

No carbs at all? No veggies, no fruit? How much do you eat and when? No weight training? Spot reduction won't work, the leg lift is a part of a whole, but don't do it just before bed.

How many calories are you eating per day? Low carb doesn't make you lose weight if you're still eating too much or not enough.

If thats all you are eating that could be a major issue. Sounds odd but you need to eat to lose!

When I am losing weight, I eat everything you just said for breakfast. And a glass of milk.

You're metabolism has slowed greatly. Seems like your fat intake is probably low, and I'd still like to see more protein in there.

I should add, the first thing you should do is a have a refeed day. Basically pig out, eat non diet foods, and much more than you normally would for a 24 hour period. This will help bring certain hormone levels back to normal and undo some of the damage.

Are you doing anything other than HIIT?
