Hi Ashley...

I posted in the welcome forum too... but, if that is all you eat, you better start filling up more. One banana and a pack of crackers just is not going to fuel the body. And, anything you do eat will be stored as your body thinks it's starving (which it looks as though it is) and you'll gain weight.

Check out the grocery list and start eating more.

First off, I read your profile. I have to admit that your goal of losing 50 lbs in one month is in the kindest words, "ridiculous". You can't make changes in that short amount of time in a healthy way. I really hate to tell you this but if that's all you eat every day your diet is extremely unhealthy. Not only is it very small and you're starving your body, but you have things like crackers and coke that are going to dehydrate you and make you sick. I suggest you eat 5 - 6 meals a day, eating that many will raise your bodys metabolism because it knows it will get food regularly, and when your metabolism goes up, you burn more fat and calories. It's a lot easier to lose the weight that way. Find out how many calories per day that you need and eat about 500 less than that if you really want to lose weight the healthy way. Noone on the face of this planet can lose 50 lbs in one month and live to tell about it I'm pretty sure. Use some resistance training to build some muscle while eating many meals a day like I said and the muscle you build will help burn more weight. Have realistic goals, dropping 1-2 lbs per week is realistic and safe, and if you do it right, you could lose your 50 lbs in about a half a year to a year. I hope I have helped you in some way, please take my advice and anyone else's seriously, what you're doing right now is dangerous.
