Hello I'm new to ft. I'm 5'8 and weigh 282 I have recently started exercising. I'm looking to lose 100 hundred pounds. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

hi carlariggs, welcome to ft. why don't you try setting yourself up on one of the personalized weight loss and tone definition programs, you can find that above on the yellow toolbar under exercise resources to get you started. good luck!
