Ok, ok once again I'm going to start over kind of from the beginning. I took a much needed vacation and gave myself full allowence to eat and drink at will. I needed to just let go for a week and not care and think about anything but having fun--which I did.

Well, now that I finally feel good about life again, I'm starting over. I picked up this new program for my computer called Balancelog. It's great, you feed it all your stats and then your goal weight and it helps you keep track of all your cal., carbs, protines, etc. for the day, then it also gives you a great chart to know when you've reached all your daily goals. It also tracks your workout goals.

So anyway, we'll see how far I can make it on this. I'll fill you in on the details a bit later...

I gotta go to work...

Welcome back!! :big_smile::big_smile:

Getting this whole lifestyle change thing down takes a lot of time, and sometimes, a lot of tries. I've lost count of how many times I've started over in the past!

The good news is eventually you get to where you're 'taking breaks' instead of 'starting over'... then pretty soon you just, oh, 'slack off' here and there.

I hope your new tool is effective for you.. does your program run on PDA's?? How cool would it be if the tracking tools here at ft would sync up with my PocketPC!

Ah well, have fun and good luck..

Well since I've been back, I cleaned out what was left in my fridge and hit the local produce market (you can get some REALLY GOOD cheap stuff around here!!) I've also started my running program back up, and hit the gym for my new weight routine.

I jogged/walked 4 mi. on Sunday and did an hour of weights on Monday. I took Tuesday off to clean out my closets and dresser (still working on that...:() and today (Wed.) I'm planning on hitting the weight room again for another hour. I already did 20 min. on my elliptical machine this morning and plan on doing some more cardio later today also.

Good to see you back!

Don't overdo it and burn out, though!

Isn't it a good feeling to open your fridge and see veggies? i don't know why that makes me so happy, but it does...
