Welcome to FT! You do not need special diet food and please stay away from all those diet pills!!! They will do more harm than good. There is no healthy quick fix. Check out the nutritional plans and exercise programs on this site and feel free to ask questions. Fill out your profile so the people here can give you the right advice.

Great advice, why don't you tell her to run out in front of a bus?

Whats confusing about dieting?
Eat smaller portions. If you know its unhealthy, dont eat it. Eat more often throughout the day. More fiber, less carbs.

It never ceases to amaze me how complicated people like to make things with complicated diets. Its common sense.

But I'm sure lots of sit-ups will fix everything.

kinacully start by filling out your profile and tell us a bit more about yourself...what you eat, and exercising you do (any active activity) Talk to your parents to help you as well...If your mom cooks for you explain that you want to get fit and healthy and ask to help out in the kitchen and learn all there is to learn about preparing healthy meals. Cut back on all junk food (this includes pop)...do you know what carbs and proteins are (understanding this will help you make a good meal plan)

i know what carbs a protiens are a little but i see good carbs bad carbs thing on tv and i dont really get it i know its simple but its soo confusing


i cant ask my mom for certian meals or anything like that we dont get along at all and she wouldnt teach me anything or help and dont say ask youll never no trust me i know.
