I am 5'9. I added some stuff to my profile. I don't look 'overweight' but I look curvy. You know what I mean? I'd like to lose like 10 waist sizes!

I would start by letting this program design a rweight training program for you. Put in your co-ordinates and it will design something good. Add cardio to your workouts and change your style of eating habits. You may not see results the next day, but it will come. You will gain lean muscle tissue and that replaces the fat by using it. Eat well, 5-6x a day and supplement with a good protien source. Good Luck. We all started from the begining.

First listen to BB1Fit and Caravan, they can be very helpful to you, Five years ago I topped out at 250lb, now I weigh 136lb and I am going to do a bodybuilding comp. in May. I guess I just wanted to wish you all the luck I can and let you know that it can be done. The first time I got into those size 3 shorts I wanted to tell the whole world. Go for it!!!!!!!!!!

I'm 15 years old and also 5'9.A few months ago I weighed 179lbs and now im 168lbs. I just kept pushing myself and alot of people on this board help motivate me. I used p.e as an advantage, I ran more and started lifting weights. I cut down on the junk foods and looking at the scale everyday to see you have shed a pound helps your self esteem alot. Now my body is in a beter shape than it was before.
